Last week while I was at the dotMom conference, I had the opportunity of meeting Sheaffer's cute brown wedge boots, mustard colored pants, and new denim shirt. As in IN REAL LIFE, people! I also met Sheaffer, and during the few minutes I was able to chat with her, I can tell you that she is as sweet and bubbly as she comes across on her blog! If you haven't visited Pinterest Told Me To yet, I give you permission to stop reading and click over right now! Sheaffer took the simplest idea of getting outfit inspiration from Pinterest and {duh}actually doing something about it! Truly brilliant, that girl! And as I near the far reaches of my 30's, I have her to thank for putting a little more zip-ta-dee-doo in my outfits!
Take this one, for instance:
And here is me looking equally glamorous in the hotel bathroom.
{Just pretend that toilet is a park bench, m-kay?}
{Hee hee.}
How about a little glimmer effect?!
How does "warm" look?
{It's Friday and our school schedule is a little more relaxed,
so I had a time to amuse myself in a nerdy kind of way!}
Cardigan: Old Navy (similar)
Cami (technically, it's Tami and she and I get along much better than those
low-cut camis!): Old Navy
Scarf: gift from my friend Amy
Scarf: gift from my friend Amy
Black Pants: Calvin Klein from TJ Maxx (simliar)
Boots: Me Too Dee from DSW
